Features Introduction
MHK-1050CE Automatic Die Cutting Machine With Stripping is used for paper box, paper carton, and label die-cutting, and embossing especially on all kinds of exquisite printing materials such as the wine box, cigarette box, gift box, and the household appliance box, cosmetics box to achieve 3D and exquisite effect.

Feeder
High-speed feeder head with adaptive paper adjustment capability.
Paper conveying unit
Equipped with gas spring support and slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge, it integrates with the paper feeding frame for unified adjustment of the feeding rollers, enabling rapid and convenient tuning.
Micro-adjustable die cutting plate
The 15mm die-cutting steel backing plate is equipped with a 5mm modular underplate center-locating structure (+/-0.9mm XY fine adjustment), enabling quick and simple plate changes.
Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device
Servo control system is adopted for the rear positioning of gripper bar, and the accuracy of each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).
Timing belt drive, Intermittent mechanism
High-precision imported intermittent splitter, capable of maintaining high positioning accuracy even after long-term use.
Stripping unit
The stripping plate is installed using a centerline quick-positioning method, enabling operators to mount it rapidly and improve changeover efficiency.
Gripper margin stripping device
The gripper stripping device can automatically convey gripper waste edges out of the machine and achieve four-frame stripping.
Delivery unit
Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper collection rack, which can realize non-stop paper collection. Delivery unit is also equipped with two-way auxiliary blower for paper collecting, with manual sampling mechanism which is easy to operate.
Electrical unit
Adopts electrical components of world famous brands(MOELLER\OMRON) for better performance and in time and local after-sale-service and maintenance.
Germany?vaccum pump
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.
Auto lubrication system
The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
